01What does Areeva connect?

Areeva connects role definition, candidate intelligence, voice and video assessments, fit signals and verification. The aim is to preserve context from the hiring need through to the evidence a team reviews.

02What are Areeva’s AI Hiring Agents?

The product is organised around Talent Discovery, CV Intelligence, Assessment, Fit Signal and Trust agents. Each supports a defined part of the recruitment flow while recruiters and hiring managers remain responsible for the outcome.

03Does Areeva make hiring decisions?

Areeva provides decision support. Recruiters and hiring managers remain responsible for consequential decisions, and AI-supported outputs should remain reviewable and challengeable.

04What do voice and video assessments produce?

Voice and video assessments score responses and produce structured outputs for review. Those outputs should be considered alongside the role criteria and wider candidate evidence—not treated as the hiring decision.

05How does the Fit Signal Engine work in the process?

It brings fit, confidence and trust signals into a shared review context. A signal helps a team navigate evidence; it is not a substitute for accountable human judgment.

06Can Areeva fit an existing recruitment process?

The walkthrough starts with your stages, approvals, data and governance needs. Specific integrations, providers and compatibility are confirmed during implementation discovery.

07Where can candidates make a privacy request?

Send access, amendment, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent-withdrawal or automated-decision questions to GDPR@areeva.ai. Areeva’s Privacy Policy explains these rights and how personal data is handled.

08Is Areeva EU AI Act compliant?

Areeva’s EU AI Act readiness framework covers risk management, data governance, documentation, transparency, human oversight and monitoring. This is not a certification or legal advice; classification and obligations depend on the system and its use.

09Where can procurement teams get security information?

Use the contact page and select Security or Procurement. The Areeva team will provide the security, hosting, retention, sub-processor and control information relevant to your review.
