AREEVA Limited is an AI-powered recruitment solutions company and the data controller for personal data covered by this policy. Our Information Commissioner’s Office registration number is ZC030819.
This policy applies to personal data relating to candidates, employees, consultants, temporary workers, client contacts, vendor contacts, website visitors and other people we contact through sales or business activity. We may update this policy from time to time by changing this page.
2. Personal data we collect
The information we collect depends on your relationship with Areeva, the service involved and applicable law. We only ask for information relevant to recruitment, service delivery, business administration, legal obligations or your enquiry.
- Candidate identity and contact details, including name, date of birth, contact information, photograph, emergency contacts and, where relevant, tax or national-insurance identifiers.
- Professional information, including CV or résumé, education, employment history, skills, qualifications and referee details.
- Voice and video assessment data, responses and related recruitment information.
- Immigration and mobility information, including nationality, citizenship, place of birth, right-to-work or visa status and copies of relevant identity or work-authorisation documents.
- Diversity, health, disability or criminal-conviction information where relevant, lawful and required for a role or process.
- Remuneration, pension, benefits or financial information where relevant to a role, engagement or requested background check.
- Information you, referees or permitted third-party sources provide, as well as service-access information such as IP address, access dates, times and frequency, and CCTV footage if you visit our premises.
- Client and vendor contact, company, contract, insurance, banking, credit or financial information needed to administer a commercial relationship.
- Website-enquiry information, including name, email address, telephone number, organisation and the information you submit through a form or email.
3. How we collect personal data
We collect personal data directly from you and from permitted third parties, including employers, clients, referees, vendors, job sites, databases and social-media platforms. We may also receive technical information when you access our services or website.
4. How we use personal data
We use candidate information to identify and evaluate suitable project, employment and other work opportunities, run recruitment and assessment activity, communicate about a process, support verification, and present relevant candidate information to prospective clients or employers.
We use client and vendor information to establish and manage service levels, statements of work, master service agreements, purchase orders, payments and related commercial arrangements. We use website-enquiry information to respond to requests, improve the website and manage our services.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may use personal data for marketing. We seek consent when consent is required and provide a way to withdraw it.
5. Who we share personal data with
Candidate information may be shared with prospective clients or employers and with service providers or associated parties involved in recruitment, assessment, verification or delivery of the relevant service.
Client and vendor information may be shared with Areeva group companies, professional advisers and service providers where needed to deliver contracted work, administer the relationship, make payments or comply with legal requirements.
Website-user information may be shared with providers that support hosting, analytics, marketing automation or social-media activity. We do not sell contact information. Access is limited to people and providers that need the information for an authorised purpose.
6. International storage and transfers
AREEVA is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Contact information is stored in internal systems hosted in the European Union. Where a client request or service requires data to be transferred or stored outside the European Economic Area, we do so only where the transfer complies with data-protection law and appropriate safeguards protect the data.
7. How we protect personal data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We maintain procedures for suspected data breaches and require third parties handling personal data for us to protect it consistently with applicable data-protection law.
